retreat payment

50% deposit required to confirm reservation. Remaining 50% due no less than 30 days prior to the first day of the retreat.

retreat cancellation

Cancellation 90+ days prior to first day of retreat will receive 100% of payment back minus $300 cancellation fee. Cancellation 30-89 days prior to first day of retreat will forfeit initial 50% deposit and any additional monies paid will be refunded. Cancellation less than 30 days prior to first day of retreat will forfeit all monies paid.

liability waiver

All guests are required to fill out and sign the liability waiver form. All guests are required to have travel insurance or the ability to cover medical and other expenses.

activity payment

50% deposit required to confirm reservation. Remaining 50% due on day of activity.

activity cancellation

Cancellation more than 7 days prior to activity will receive 100% of deposit back minus $20 cancellation fee. Cancellation 2-7 days prior to the activity will receive 100% of deposit back minus $50 cancellation fee.
Cancellation less than 48 hours prior to activity will forfeit deposit.
